Follow a Proven Game Plan
My ultimate goal here is to help you have success with your health and fitness journey. This is one of my ultimate favorite tips. This one got me off my butt, made me get up and go after my goal.
Get a game plan and stick to it.
Without a game plan, you are guesstimating, going through the motions, guessing, estimating and maybe, and maybe that…I’ll figure it out when I get there. That is not the way to success.
If you want to have success on your health and fitness journey, you have to have a game plan. It makes it easier on days that you don’t feel like it or you have a lot going on.
You finish work, get to the gym and then arrive without an idea of what you’re going to do? Okay, I’ll guess I’ll do this or maybe I’ll do some cardio…
- Arrive at the gym with a plan for your workout.
- Knock it out, boom, boom, boom.
- Don’t just wander around the gym trying to decide what to do.
- Focus, get it done.
Plan your nutrition:
Knowing what you are going to eat, when and where you plan to eat, takes out all of the guess work. Preparing your meals ahead of time helps you keep on track. I keep all my meals in the fridge, ready to go. This helps you ignore that things that you might be craving like pizza, tacos…
Take the maybe out of your life and plan your way to a healthy new life style.
