What’s up, ladies? Are you ready to lose weight?
I actually just finished a workout from home.
I was in the laundry room, and my dryer had a little bit left to go, so I was like: “You know what? I’m going to get my workout in right now.”

I feel like there’s a really common misconception that you have to be in the gym for hours, and you have to eat nothing but celery for months to lose weight. It’s BS, and I’ll prove it to you.

On my journey of losing 65 pounds, everyone said: “You’re going to have to eat chicken and broccoli for the rest of your life! You’re going to have to have nothing but salads all the time,” and I was just like, “Man, I like food. I’m a foodie.” There’s a reason that I was 65 pounds overweight. I enjoy eating, and I enjoy going out to restaurants.
So, how do you lose weight while eating the foods you love? – You just have to find healthy ways of making them. You can make pizza quesadillas and lose weight, if you know what ingredients to use.
I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to eat chicken and broccoli every day. I want to have fun with the stuff that I’m eating. I want my family to like it too, because if my husband’s not going to like it then I’m probably not going to cook it. And so, it’s all about finding that balance for you and finding those things that are going to work and that are going to be convenient.
