I HAD THE WRONGGGG FOCUS

Focus on what you have to gain instead of what you are losing…

For almost everyone, this concept is hard to learn …

And even harder to apply.

When I first set my goal to lose 65 pounds,

I remember my mind instantly defaulting into thinking:

“But I’ll have to give up this food or that drink…”

“I’ll lose out on all of the fun everyone else is having…”

“I won’t be able to lounge around watching tv anymore …”

& that’s probably why I failed a million and a half times before I even saw any type of results…

I was too focused on what I was losing out on instead of what I was GAINING.

Seems like a simple thing, right?

But this mental transition is what makes all of the difference in your journey…

No one wants to feel like their losing out or feel trapped by their goals…

No wonder I fell back into my bad habits so many times, I felt like I was a prisoner!

You know what I’m talking about, right?

I started thinking about & focusing on all of the things that I would gain if I lost the weight…

Like how much more energy I would have

How much more confidence I would have

How awesome it would be to go shopping How it would feel to enjoy the beach in an actual two piece bikini

All of these things got me extremely EXCITED about losing the weight

Instead of always feeling like I was dreading it all the time…

So shift your FOCUS and you’ll SHIFT your results.
