Someone Help Me! It’s Getting Bad…

that you get completely OBSESSED with the idea?? lol

like you start spending every available second researching, planning, scheming, etc..

For me right now, it’s definitely thinking about makeup…

It’s a guilty pleasure of mine…

Finding out about new makeup and watching tutorial videos about it…

Do you ever get obsessed with stuff like this?

Maybe you start a TV series and you don’t stop watching til its 4 am and you completed the whole season…

Maybe you’re house hunting & you’re constantly stopping by open houses & zillowing…

Maybe you’re into crafts & you can’t quit until you have every inch of your house decorated for the season…

Maybe you see a cute outfit & you won’t stop until you have been able to re-make it…

We like to get overly OBSESSED about the things we Love, don’t we?

The things we view in our mind as “HAVE TO HAVE”, we don’t stop until we get.

THERE IS POWER IN THAT THOUGHT RIGHT THERE….

So, How do we get ourselves OBSESSED with our health then?

Our history shows us that the things we LOVE & the things have to have in our minds…

We Focus on & Strive after tirelessly …

because there is PLEASURE attached to them.

because they make us HAPPY.

The answer is:

STOP attaching the thought of “PAIN” to working out & being healthy.

Our bodies constantly try to PUSH AWAY things that are painful…

So subconsciously, you are pushing away your health because you are continually associating PAIN to health.

You have to start thinking of Working out & Eating Healthy as Pleasureable…

Think of the amazing benefits and the positive way it makes you feel after…

& tell yourself how much you LOVE it!

Then your body will Pull itself TOWARD health instead of Pushing it Away!

It’s because of the Positive Emotions that your body feels from doing it!

When you attach these positive emotions to your Health…

Your body becomes OBSESSED with working out and eating healthy!
