As many of you know –

Ive been super MIA this week!…

Sorry for the lack of emails..

Sorry for the lack of snaps…

Sorry for the lack of “facebooking”…

..but also kind of Not sorry lol

I’ve been on my 1 Year Anniversary Cruise!

It was AMAZING!

We went to Roatán, Belize, Costa Maya, & Cozumel…

& I even got to SWIM WITH DOLPHINS!!!

(if you don’t know – this was a life long dream of mine!)

I’m SO sorry!

I know the biggest thing you’re wondering though is…

Did you workout every day?

Did you gain 100 lbs from so much food? lol

Heres the absolute truth guys…

When you live a healthy lifestyle 99% of the time regularly…

You don’t really have to stress or fret about this stuff when you go away for a week…

I mean yes, I did workout a few days & no all my muscles didn’t go away…

& I didn’t turn into a blob of fat over a weeks time…

I didn’t restrict myself from having anything either…

Because y’all know how good the food is right?

If I wanted to have a cupcake, I did…

If I wanted 2 pieces of salmon (which was definitely more common of me than the cupcake..)

THEN I HAD IT.

If I wanted a big fat juicy steak…. Girl, you know I ate it!

& guess what….

I didn’t gain the 65 lbs I lost back overnight…

I used to believe if I ever let myself have what I wanted then

*********POOF**********

I would wake up looking like the “old me”…

& I know most of you are scared of this too….

But its not true at all!

The harder you work to build muscle & lose fat….

THE MORE IT WILL REWARD YOU LATER!

When you build muscle on your body…

THE MORE Your body burns calories for you ALL DAY LONG!…

So while I had my butt planted on the beach – my body was still burning for me!

So then, you don’t have to stress about going on vacation and coming back looking like you never lost anything or gaining it all back!

wouldn’t that be awesome?

Building muscle or “toning” is the secret to building that goal body & KEEPING IT!

That’s why its such a crucial part of my program!

You have to make your body work FOR YOU, not AGAINST YOU!

The more fat you have on your body the more slowly & lethargic it moves…

burning nothing at all…

thats not what you want, right?

We want our bodies burning calories for us like a machine!!!!!
