I’m SO OVERWHELMED…

I’m SO OVERWHELMED…
I was freaking out this morning about something …

like REALLY freaking out.

(no worries tho, I prayed on it & I feel way better now)

but through the process of being overwhelmed about work stuff,

it took me back to the feeling of being overwhelmed about my weight.

Hear me out –

I feel like a lot of my bad choices had to do with being OVERWHELMED..

like the kind of overwhelmed that its hard to breathe, or talk, or want to anything at all…

where I would just want to sit and be mindless and eat junk food while watching the bachelor…

do you ever feel like this?

Every time I would think about how much weight I needed to lose…

or I would think about alllllllll of the work that it would take to lose the weight…

or I would think about alllllll of the time it was going to take…

I would get myself SO OVERWHELMED by it all that it became easier to just do nothing at all.

& thats exactly what I did.

I wanted to make a change but thinking about it all would actually make me wind up WORSE off than I started!

So I stopped thinking about it…

& just started taking ACTION on it…

I made a list of the things that I needed to execute every day to get me to my long term goal

but i stopped THINKING about the long term goal…

& As I say – I focused on “Winning The Day”

Thats why all of our LadyBosses have been seeing such awesome results…

I took the Overwhelming part OUT of losing weight…

Just thinking about it makes you feel more relaxed and at ease doesn’t it?

I don’t even care if its not through my program,

I just want you to make a list of those things that you need to complete every day that will in turn get you to your long term goal!

STOP FOCUSING ON THE LONG TERM

& JUST FOCUS ON EXECUTING THE SHORT TERM!

Its Monday –

Its a NEW WEEK

Its a FRESH START…
