Okay so now let’s talk strategy since most of you are probably considering this entire weekend a “cheat meal” :D…

(you know I’m right lol)

Me personally I allow myself 1 cheat MEAL a week…

But, that’s only if you stick with your plan for the entire week and haven’t been sneaking snacks here and there…

You can’t cheat on your diet and still have a cheat meal.

You have to be FOCUSED on your diet…

You have to be strict with yourself…
