SOMETIMES YOU HAVE A BAD DAY…

Today is that day for me …

It has just been an off day.

Like one of those where you wake up on the wrong side of the bed 

& the moment your feet hit the floor, you want to get right back in bed…

You know what I’m saying right?

I know that I’m not the only one… lol

To be honest, I feel tired …

Drained of my energy …

& super worn out.

But that’s okay …

Because I’m on my way to the gym anyways.

We all have days where we feel like straight doo doo

Or more like tripped and fell into a huge pile of doo doo, face first. 

It’s okay to have an off day, as long as you still actively pursue your goal!

Even though “you just don’t feel like working out or eating heathy”

You have to push through the weirdness of the day & still get yourself there…

Because trust me, it WILL make you feel better.

We can’t give up when we have a rough day…

We can’t break down … we have to break through…

So, I’m on my way now…

I dedicate this workout to those of us who are willing to keep pushing…

Even when everything feels like its working against us…
