It’s so funny, because on my journey of losing 65 pounds, I asked myself the same question a million times.  I literally went into the big name supplement stores and flat out asked them:

What supplements should I take?”

The answer I got was something along the lines of:

All of these.”

….Are you kidding me?

I can’t afford ALL of those!”

And even when money is not an issue, who wants to go home with a wall full of supplement that may or may not work, and may or may not be good for you?  — Not ME!

Let me spare you the nightmare and share a secret with you:

You don’t have to go through all of that!
