YOU STARBUCKS IS MAKING YOU GAIN WEIGHT…

I used to drink a Frappuccino almost every day because I thought:

“It’s just coffee, it can’t be THAT BAD…”

But Wowza was I wrong!

I HAD NOOOOO IDEA that I was pretty much drinking 4 Candy Bars!

Like, what the heck?

I’m sad thinking about all of the Hershey’s Cookies and Creme Bars I could have had instead of stupid coffee lol

It literally still stuns me to this day that I thought this drink was a “healthy” choice for me…

I could have just had a Ice Cream instead, and it would have been less sugar!… *Slaps Forehead*

So, after I actually looked up what I was drinking – I’m sure you can picture me falling out of my chair … because I did …

I decided to make up an alternative that would give me that vanilla coffee taste without all of the calories and sugar…

Here’s what I created…

& honestly, I don’t even miss the old version…
