Get Your Endorphins Going
How do you get your endorphins going first thing in the morning? — Just get you body moving. Simply. Get your blood circulating.
I know that a lot of you think: “Ugh, I don’t feel like doing a full workout this morning” but you don’t have to! Here are a few easy ways to move in the morning without doing a full workout:
- Just go for a walk around your neighborhood
- Do some jumping jacks
- Do some abs in your living room floor
- Do some butt kicks
- Run around in the back yard
- Do a quick sprint down your sidewalk.
- Get a piece of cheap cardio equipment off of Craigslist for a quick 30-minute home cardio session (that’s what I do)
It’s Going To Make Your Day So Much Better
Getting your blood flowing and getting your body moving in the morning is going to make your day so much better. It’s going to help with your energy levels. It’s going to help with your mood. It’s going to help you get pumped up for the rest of the day.
The best morning workout is just getting your body moving for the day. If you’re someone who likes to workout in the morning, good! Freaking get it done. But, if you’re someone that’s not, you can at least get it moving a little. Don’t just crawl out of bed and go start your day. You have to make sure you get your body moving. I promise you, if you do this, your day will completely change.
You can even spice it up by reading or watching the news at the same time! Get up a little bit earlier and get it done. As long as you can get your blood flowing. As long as you can get your body moving. It will change the outlook of your entire day. There’s nothing like it. I just want you to move, period. Get going; get moving; and watch how your day changes.
