Just the word exercise can make a lot of people cringe.  I can still remember when I used to hate it.  I thought I was too busy, or too tired to exercise.   The truth is, exercising can be simple and can easily fit in your everyday life.

Stairs are everywhere, right?  All you have to do is use them.  No need to be a super ninja. No need to put your body in awkward positions.  No need to jump in weird ways. Just going up the stairs and down the stairs. That’s it.

As long as you can walk, you can run.  All you need is a pair of sneakers and open space.  Heck you don’t even need a road or trail! You can run in a parking lot, a backyard, a warehouse, a field, anywhere if you want.  You don’t even need to go fast.

Exercises with chair

You can use a chair (or bench) to do arm dips, push ups, or step ups.  I’ve used chairs in hotel lobbies, and in airports. I even broke a hotel chair once doing a workout (oops).

Body Weight exercises

You can do jumping jacks, squats, push ups, burpees, mountain climbers, planks, and so much more. All you need is your body and a floor.  You don’t even need your workout clothes, or a lot of space. Do you have a living room, a hotel room, or an office? Than you can do bodyweight exercises.

Wall Sits

This is pretty self-explanatory.  You find a wall, you put your back against the wall, and you drop down to a seated position – just like you would sit on a chair, except there is no chair.  Trying to hold this position for 30 seconds is a challenge! Who doesn’t have a wall and 30 seconds?

The point is you don’t need a gym or a bunch of fancy equipment to workout.  No excuses. Click HERE to try my FREE 7-Day experience with the LadyBoss lifestyle!
