It is late right now, and I’m having a craving attack.

I was thinking of doing my healthy Reese’s cup shake, and I just wanted to invite you along.  

I know I’m not the only one with late night cravings, right?

 

 

First, I pull out my blender.

I use the NutriBullet, so I can make one serving at a time.  This way, I don’t have to clean a bunch of stuff.

You will also need a:

  • Measuring Cup
  • Tablespoon
  • Teaspoon

 

 

  1. Almond milk.  Unsweetened vanilla almond milk to be exact.
  2. Peanut butter.  Normally, I would use almond butter, but for today’s sake let’s use peanut butter, because that’s probably what you guys probably have around.
  3. Hershey’s Natural Unsweetened Cocoa, the stuff that you bake with.

  5. Ice (optional)

 

 

STEP 1

Pour eight ounces of unsweetened vanilla almond milk in the blender.

STEP 2

Put two tablespoons of peanut butter in there.

STEP 3

Put 1 teaspoon of Hershey’s natural unsweetened cacao

STEP 4

One scoop of Lady Boss Lean.

What I like about this shake, is that you’re using a nutritional meal shake, instead of just a protein shake.  This way, you get so much more nutrition out of it.
