I’M OBSESSED!!!!

I have a confession to make…‏
I’m seriously OBSESSED with the show Chopped…

Like, my husband hates me because its all I’m ever trying to watch lol

I may or may not be watching a Chopped Junior marathon right now while writing this email… lol

If you’ve never seen the show –

They basically give 4 contestants a basket full of mystery ingredients that they have to cook with…

MOST of the time its some crazy stuff – like fish heads and vegetables that you’ve never heard of…

& every once in a while, even some rocky mountain “oysters” lol

So, basically they have to take all of this stuff and use it as an alternative as the USUAL things they would use to make an amazing meal…

ie; broccoli robe instead of spinach, fish head instead of a fish filet, tomatillos instead of tomatoes, almond flour instead of flour, waffles instead of bread, etc

& the reason I absolutely LOVE this show, is because THIS is exactly what I do EVERY SINGLE DAY to create recipes that are EXACTLY like the ones you love but are made with ALTERNATIVES that make them healthy!

Like Pizza…

Cakes…

Fried Chicken…

Oreos…

Lettuce Wraps…

Ice Cream…

Chinese Food…

Quesadillas…

French Toast…

I literally CHALLENGE myself to take everyone’s favorites & FIND A WAY to make it healthy…

So that you DON’T HAVE TO GIVE UP THE FOOD YOU LOVE…

Doesn’t that sound awesome?

Losing weight without giving up pizza & oreos????

I mean, COME ON!

Because, like you – I’M A FOOD LOVER TOO!…

& I didn’t want to give up all my favorite foods when I was losing weight, & I know you don’t want to either…

So that’s why I made a plan that’s actually FUN & YUMMY to do…

like seriously yummy…

Instead of dull & boring! …who wants to eat bland food??? NOT ME!

I found a way to lose weight WITHOUT having to give up the food you LOVE…

doesn’t that just sound like a dream come true?

Well it is… cuz its the FIRST plan of its kind…

Because, I know from experience that if you want to lose weight & have LONG TERM results…
