I’m sure your probably on the Go as much as I am, or probably even more, so I wanted to share this with you…
People are always asking me how I stay on track while traveling or when on the run…

They are always telling me “it’s too hard”, & they’re eating Sugar muffins and Yums on the go instead of something that isn’t going to throw them off track…

What has really helped me is I ALWAYS bring rice cakes and almond butter to snack on OR I just eart them for breakfast with a shake…

And if you LOVEEE sweets like me, I pack up a whole box of quest bars for on the run….

My husband says I turn into a HANGRY MONSTER when I get hungry so these items are a MUST for those of us who live a busy life and want to stay healthy…

Plus, I always travel with a bunch of Starkist Tuna packets in hot buffalo, sweet & spicy, & honey bbq – to throw in my purse when I’m out and about and don’t know when I’ll be able to sit down for food…

And as an added benefit, all of these items will keep your metabolism FIRED UP throughout the day!
