when I’m sick?


I go to the gym when I am not feeling well.


Yeah….I really do go to the gym.

Don’t be a wimp.

Go workout if you are sick with a cold or have the sniffles…even if you feel achy tired or a bit off your game. If you have something contagious like strep or nasty like food poisoning stay home and take care of yourself.

If you have a headache, your stomach hurts.

  • Just go.
  • No excuses.
  • Stop trying to take sick days from your gym workout.
