A lot of people want to know which ab exercises are the key to losing belly fat…
So I’m going to be REAL with you…
It’s not the exercise that helps you. It’s your diet! …
You can do the craziest upside down, super duper set ab exercises to try and get the fat to go away, but it’s never going to happen….
You have to CHANGE what you eat…
Now I know this isn’t the answer you want to hear… But I’m not gonna sit here and BS you…
Because the people who want to open my emails and not hear the truth… well… they already unsubscribed 😉
You see we have to go back to the BASICS.

Stop eating stuff that’s filled with preservatives..
Get rid of the frozen instant meals…
Just because it says “Lean” doesn’t mean SQUAT… LOL
Actually that reminds me a couple of you have asked me to do a grocery store walkthrough! …. (stay tuned for that one)
Get rid of the junk food….
Get rid of the little snacks during the day…(replace them with healthy ones is even better)…

1. FOOD IS PREVENTING YOU FROM DROPPING YOUR BODY FAT PERCENTAGE!!!
2. THE ONLY WAY TO GET ABS AND LOSE BELLY FAT IS BY DROPPING BODY FAT PERCENTAGE.
How do you do that you ask?
You do that by eating complex carbs, healthy fats and lean proteins.
Some great examples of complex carbs are:
* Sweet potatoes
* Brown rice
Examples of healthy fats are:
* Nuts, and nut butters
* Healthy oils
Examples of lean proteins include:
* Ground turkey
The fundamentals of weight loss and losing belly fat lie in sticking with these types of foods….
You don’t need to go crazy. Following fad diets and labels that say “gluten-free” or “fat-free” can be too much of a change for your body…
Simply stick with complex carbs, healthy fats, and lean proteins, and you’re on your way to A FLAT BELLY!
