Lower heat in bedroom

Your body will have a hard time falling and staying asleep if your house, or bedroom, is too warm.  Turns out our bodies associate warmth with the rising of the sun (daytime), and associates a decrease in temperature with dusk and rest.  Try turning down your thermostat a few degrees in the bedroom, or investing in fan, or air conditioner for your bedroom.
