UGHHHH… THIS MORNING…

I hate it. I hate it. I hate it.

So we traveled all day yesterday to Boise …

Then went straight to a networking event with all of our business friends that are in town …

& that went really late …

So I was completely drained & exhausted by the time I got to my bed around midnight

The point of exhaustion when honestly I don’t even remember actually getting in the bed …

I must have been asleep standing up.

& worse than that – I had set my alarm for 5:25.

Ugh.
Even though it was only about 5 1/2 hours of sleep …

Then headed down to the gym …

Most of you reading this are thinking –

“Easy for her to say… she’s a morning person”

“I would never be able to get up earlier than my usual to workout”

“It’s easy for Kaelin…. it’s just EASY for her to do.”

Nope.

All NOT TRUE.

I like to sleep in my bed like everyone else.

I like to be all warm & cuddled up in the blankets like everyone else…

& I am definitely NOT an “easy to get up” Morning Person…

But I have to SACRIFICE.

& so do you…

I have to sacrifice COMFORT & EASY …

For Uncomfortable & Difficult if I want to live a healthy lifestyle

CONSISTENTLY.

Some of you are thinking right now –

“I shouldn’t have to sacrifice anything…”

“I shouldn’t have to make myself uncomfortable…”

“It shouldn’t have to be difficult…”

And maybe… just maybe …

That’s WHY YOU’RE STUCK WHERE YOU’RE AT.

Reality Check.

If you keep doing what you’ve always done …

You’ll always get what you’ve Always GOT.

Nothing will Ever Change…

What’s ONE THING that you can do today that you Normally would tell yourself

“I’d Never do that…”

Is it going for a run in your neighborhood?

Is it walking into a gym for the first time?

Is it saying NO to dessert when you go out for dinner?

Is it giving up some sleep to get your workout in?

What is your first sacrifice going to be?

Because you can’t stay just as you are…

In your mentality…

In your comfort zone …

In your efforts…

& EXPECT to get different results.

It’s just NOT POSSIBLE.

It’s not the “program” or the “meal plan” that’s falling short …

It’s your WILLINGNESS to sacrifice your comfort for what you REALLY WANT …

RESULTS.

You “SAY” you want them…

But does your EFFORT prove that you do?
